Little and clean place, absolutely brilliant view of the sea. Lovely and good staff during our stay. The self service breakfast with outstanding food, great restaurant. Terrific services. Not to mention very good wifi! Marvellous location - right by Bugibba Beach. Based in a great area. Fabulous experience there.

Great Family Getaway
The staff were especially friendly! We had a great time enjoying dinner at their partnered restaurant, the meal was rich and had something for everyone.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still, it's acceptable for what we got.

This was just a well-suited match for a weekend outing in St Paul's Bay with great value. The air conditioning worked perfectly on hot days, made the stay comfortable.

The cost and the central position.
The smell in all the structure, the pool not cleaned, the low quality of the breakfast and the level of cleaning of the room.

Location was good in relation to seafront and main shops and bars. Rooftop sun terrace was generally quiet and relaxing.
Hotel is close to local bars which by default means that you are surrounded by whatever noisy entertainment is ongoing until about 3am. Hotel pool is only one metre deep and therefore more of a paddling pool, too shallow for swimming.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, a rooftop pool, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find my lost barrette. I highly recommend it for a comfortable trip!

The breakfast
When making our booking in July 2011 we requested a room with a balcony, having no response from the hotel we were obviously concerned, then after emailing Booked.net we were advised to contact the hotel directly. We did this asking the hotel to confirm our room would have a balcony. We did not receive a reply. On arrival at the hotel we discovered our allocated room was in fact an internal room (no balcony or natural light)! We asked to be moved to a room as originally requested and were told this was not possible. We asked why we had not been contacted, their excuse was the person that dealt with this was in hospital. We are appalled that between July (point of booking) and 9th September (arrival date) the hotel has not deemed to confirm either way. The air-con did not work and the ceiling fan was barely fixed to the ceiling and in danger of falling. We found wires protruding from a wall socket. The room stank of damp, and mould was visible in many areas. We had to have the lights on at all times whilst in the room or we were in total darkness.Had it been described appropriately we would not have even thought about making a booking there. We found alternative accommodation and moved out on 13th Sept to another hotel. We have pictures to substantiate all the above if required.

leaving
walking into the room it had a very strange smell, not pleasant, the balcony was very small, not enough room for 2 people to pass each other, the bathroom had mould growing all around the bath edge, plaster blistering on ceilings, air conditioning vent leaking water onto the floor by the beds, pool only big enough for 5 people and very dirty with sun tan cream, breakfast very bland this was room 301

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right by the beach and close to various restaurants and bars. I loved the daily room cleaning. Everything was super clean every day. The room I booked was well-equipped, with functional air conditioning that kept me cool even during the heat. The breakfast was underwhelming. The selection felt limited, with stale options that left me wanting something fresher. The balcony in my room didn't provide much privacy, somewhat bothersome. Towels were fresh, but a few amenities were lacking. I wished for hand towels and a shower mat. I found the pool area nice but a bit crowded at times was nice. Despite some hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I'd consider returning for the great location and friendly vibe.

The location was central to the area.
Hotel is grubby and breakfast is terrible. There is no tea/coffee available outside of breakfast or dinner hours and no facilities in the room.

Asked for non-smoking room and got a stinking smoking room and had to request a second room. Tv did not work in either rooms and staff did not seem to be too worried about the fact. Food was absolutely appalling, I wouldnt give it to my dogs. So needless to say I wouldnt be booking a stay in a primera hotel again
